Hi and welcome to the journal. The journal is your own personal page. You can use it as a note book, a trip planner or even a diary – just as you would a real journal!
The journal enables you to record your favourite videos, articles, map routes and parks, and you can write short notes or comments beside them.
To use the journal you must login (on the top right of the screen) using your Facebook username and password.
Throughout the website you'll see this icon 
. It means the item associated with it can be added to your journal.
If you find something that you would like to add to your journal, all you need to do is click on the icon which can be found on any video, photo, parks page or article.
Once you have added an item to the journal it is there for good (or until you remove it), so you can come back at any time and review your saved items at your leisure.
Your journal has its own 'secret' URL address, but you can share it with people you know. Just look for the link "Share this link with friends" at the top of your journal page.
