Ensuite Cabin
Cabin with bathroom facilities under the same roof. Facilities to include shower, toilet and hand-basin. Equipped with cutlery and crockery, stove, television, refrigerator. Linen may be supplied or available for hire at a small fee. Cabin may include microwave, spa.
Cabin
Same as Ensuite Cabin except no bathroom facilities. Required to use park amenities.
Non Smoking
Can be either ensuite or non-ensuite but do not allow smoking within the confines of the building.
Ensuite Powered Site
Electricity supplied to own van. Has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand-basin for sole use of that site.
Powered Site
A site with electricity supplied. Park amentities available.
Drive-thru Powered Sites
Same as Powered Site except entrance/exit through the same site. No need to reverse van on to site. May have ensuite facilities.
Tent Site
Normally grassed area with no power supplied. Park amenities available.
Airconditioning/Heating
Cooling or Heating units installed to make conditions pleasant for travellers who hire accommodation.
Linen Hire
Includes sheets, pillow slips, towels. Available for hire from reception for a daily hire fee.
Camp Kitchen
Building containing cooking, facilities, food preparing area, refrigerator, sink.
Shop/Kiosk
Retail items necessary for the traveller.
Amenities Block with Invalid Assistant
Contains toilet cubicle and shower/bathroom facility fitted with appropriate railing.
Barbeques
Gas or electric. Fees may apply.
Swimming Pool
Either fresh or salt water may be heated. May also include spa.
Motorhomes
Have sites for motorhomes. Specified maximum length in metres.
Games Facilities
May include game/TV room, tennis court, volleyball etc.
Children's Playground
Contains an array of play equipment suitable for children.
Jumping Pillows
Play equipment suitable for children.
Pets
Animals which have been domesticated. Normally applies to dogs and cats. Permitted at the discretion of the park operator. Conditions may apply e.g not in on-site accommodation.
No Pets
No pets allowed.
Credit Card Facilities
Available for the payment of accounts or withdrawing cash. Includes Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos and Cheque. Conditions Apply.

10th Annual Choppers For Charity Parade Weekend

The 10th annual Choppers For Charity Weekend will be celebrated with three days of fun filled community activities which you are openly invited to join in on.

Friday there will be Bare Foot Bowls held at the Sussex Inlet RSL Club with a sausage sizzle for lunch.

Saturday is an entire day dedicated to golf. Golf Day at Sussex Inlet Golf Club will be off to a bang with a shot gun start and the day's events are also heightened with a sausage sizzle for lunch.

Sunday is the day to be there if not all! Variety stalls kick off the morning then at 11am there is a street parade with motorbikes, cars and even band mascots, at 11.30am the CareFlight helicopter arrives and then at midday the Dragon Boats take off.

All proceeds of events go towards continuing the lifesaving work of CareFlight.

Numeralla Folk Festival

This Festival is balm for the soul. 1983 and I had to fly to The Old Country to visit my terminally ill old Mum. I had been "collecting" folk songs while there. On my last night before catching the plane back to Australia, I was robbed at gun-point, got interrogated by a huge detective and flew to Sydney, caught a coach to Canberra, and went straight to Numeralla, where I was asked to sing 2, and then a 3rd humorous song a capella. I had a badge that read "Ageing Hippie". A fellow tapped my badge and said, "Snap!" His badge read, "HELP! I am lost! Please return me to 1967". Report Abuse183
